    I'm not a Spelling- Grammar Nazi ,but did you mean to ask , "Can't I change the voltage and amp scales when in graphing mode?":-) Sorry, it may be just a Google language translation thing , but  it's almost like some people that come on this forum are being paid by outside sources to make it intentionally appear that Autel tool owners never had any type of formal education, LOL
I know that on my DS 708 , graphing cannot be manually adjusted. It is Auto Ranging and jumps from ranges of zero to one volt then suddenly from  to zero to five volts.Auto Ranging  can be annoying at times. I may be more of an Ignoramus than you, that I'm  not aware graphing mode  is able to  show anything in amps though. I think you would need to use an oscilloscope with a low amp probe to check the heater circuit or Air Fuel Ratio Sensors that work on higher voltage scales then typical o2 sensors and various amperage flow.
